Through NeoRise.ai, I help established Australian businesses understand their numbers, improve performance and become less dependent on their owners. We start with a Business Health Check covering financials, pricing, costs, cash flow, operations and competitive position. We look for what drains profit and where changes will matter most, then develop an action plan with clear priorities, accountability and measurable targets.

As a virtual CFO to more than ten companies, I work alongside existing accountants, not in place of them. Ongoing support covers budgets, forecasts, and pricing and hiring decisions. KPI dashboards and AI-enabled workflows are optional, separately agreed projects.

I also founded PropSight.com.au, helping Australian property buyers assess cash flow, borrowing capacity, return on equity and investment risk. Built from scratch without a formal coding background, PropSight won the 2026 Proptech Australia Valuations & Financial Solutions Start-Up Award.

My other businesses are NeoEx, an AUSTRAC-registered Australia–Iran remittance business founded in 2016, and NeoRise Advisory Pty Ltd, which provides accounting and tax services.
