About us
NeoRise is a group of businesses across financial services. We help companies grow by making sharper financial and business decisions, and by putting AI to work inside their operations. We run an accounting firm and a money transfer company. We own PropSight, an Australian property investment platform that won the Start-Up award in the Valuations & Financial Solutions category at the 2026 Proptech Awards. Different businesses, one group, all of them selling trust in how people handle money.
The role
You own growth across the group. Not one brand. All of them.
That means the funnels, the copy and the paid performance for a money transfer service, an accounting firm, a consulting arm selling to business owners, and a software product selling to everyday property investors. Four very different buyers, four very different sales cycles, one person deciding where the next dollar goes and why.
You will not be handed a strategy to execute. You will build it, defend it with numbers, and change it when the numbers say so.
You’ll own the group’s marketing strategy, acquisition funnels and paid campaigns, while collaborating with our Personal Brand & Content Manager, who leads the founder’s organic social media content and production.
What a project looks like here
You watch how people use PropSight and notice they keep coming back to one number: the price at which a deal breaks even
You decide that number is the selling point and sketch a landing page funnel around it
You write the copy and turn your sketch into a clear brief for the designer
You spot that the same idea works as an Instagram reel, write the script, and cut a couple of trial versions
You lead the designer through revisions until what comes back is what you pictured
The page and the content go live
You track the outcome across follows, searches, signups and paid conversions
You read the feedback, keep what worked, and decide the next move
The project is judged on one thing: whether it hits the signup, lead and subscription targets the business has set for this role.
What you’ll do
- Own acquisition end to end for every brand in the group, from first impression to signed client or paid subscriber
- Decide how budget and attention get split across the brands, and be able to justify it
- Write the copy yourself, including ads, landing pages, email sequences and social
- Plan and run paid campaigns across Meta, Google and LinkedIn against CAC and payback targets
- Build and test landing pages, then improve them based on what actually converts
- Work with our content team on organic social so paid and organic pull in the same direction
- Report monthly on what worked, what did not, and what you are changing next
What we’re looking for
Essential
- Three or more years running growth or performance marketing, ideally across both B2B services and a subscription product
- Evidence that you have moved a number. Tell us the metric, the starting point and where it ended
- Strong writing. You can hold a reader’s attention without relying on hype
- Comfortable building your own reporting rather than waiting for someone else to
- Able to work within Australian advertising and financial services rules: no misleading claims, nothing that implies financial advice or guaranteed returns, and approval before anything is published. You need to sell without overstating
Nice to have
- Property, fintech, remittance, accounting or financial services experience
- Lifecycle email and onboarding flows
- Hands on with design or AI video tools
- Experience marketing to multicultural audiences in Australia
Tools you will work with
You do not need every one of these on day one, but you should already live in most of them.
- Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, building and optimising campaigns yourself, not just reading the reports
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager for the B2B side of the group
- Google Analytics (GA4), including setting up conversions and events rather than waiting for a developer
- Google Search Console, and enough SEO sense to act on what it tells you
- Google Tag Manager for tracking and pixels
- Semrush, Ahrefs or similar for keyword and competitor research
- Looker Studio or an equivalent for building the reporting you present to us
- A website builder or CMS such as WordPress or Webflow, enough to ship and edit a landing page
- An email platform such as MailerLite, Klaviyo or Mailchimp for sequences and automations
- Canva, Figma or CapCut for putting together creative without waiting on design
How to apply
Apply with the form below. Send your resume and cover letter, tell us why the role interests you, and briefly answer this question:
- Tell us about a campaign you personally managed. What was the objective, what budget did you control, what changes did you make, and what measurable result did you achieve (the metric, where it started and where it ended)?
We read every application.
